Isabel Ross
Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Isabel is an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Holland Park Gate. She has been with Ardmore for 6 months. She is a recent graduate and was previously working in construction consultancy.
Conall Gallagher
Assistant Project Manager
Conall Gallagher is our assistant project manager at West Cromwell Road. He started his career at Ardmore in 2017 on our graduate scheme. Ardmore supported him in receiving his HNC and then went into project management.
Simon Mintoft
Group Environmental and Sustainability Manager
Simon is our group environmental and sustainability manager. Simon has worked in sustainability for 7 years, and his expertise has helped us continue to work towards maintaining a steady reduction in our carbon emissions.
Tayna Farrell
Project Director
Tayna Farrell is our project director at Chelsea Barracks. Tayna started her career doing an architecture degree but was given an opportunity to do a master’s in construction and project management. She was offered a placement at Ardmore for 6 months in 2012 and she has been with us ever since.
Joao Da Silva
Logistics Manager
Joao is our logistics manager at West King Street. He has been at Ardmore since October 2023. He started his career in construction in 2011, and has worked his way up. He enjoys the everyday challenges of his role, keeping sites running smoothly and efficiently.
Linda Chirwa
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Linda has been with Ardmore since 2014. In that time, we’ve supported Linda to obtain qualified professional status (MRICS) in Quantity Surveying and Construction, which has helped Linda to grow within the company and build on a career that began 24 years ago in Zimbabwe.
